We want your stay to be seamless! Here are a few things to keep in mind: 🚗 Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles or 2 cars and a boat trailer. If you park on the street, please be mindful of our neighbors. 🏖 Beach Club Parking: One car can park at the Ocean Pines Beach Club using the provided parking pass (found on the fridge). You’ll need to scan it at entry, display it in your windshield, and return it to the fridge at checkout. A $100 replacement fee applies if the pass isn’t returned. **Pro Tip: Snap a photo of the pass to access Beach Club bathrooms without bringing the physical pass!** ☕ Coffee & Comforts: A coffee station is provided, so bring your favorite creamer! After a long day at the beach, come relax in a cozy beach house that features all the amenities of home in a quiet setting. Ocean Pines is 8 miles from 62nd street in Ocean City, 9 miles to 1st street in Ocean City, 4 miles from Ocean Downs Casino, and 14 miles from Assateague Island where the wild horses roam. On Saturdays there is a farmers market in White Horse Park. In the neighborhood there are several restaurants/pubs, a yacht club, 4 pools (fee) and golf course with a driving range all located in the Ocean Pines Community. Meanwhile, Ocean City outlets or Historic Berlin are just 10-15 minutes away for all your shopping needs. If you don't like feel like leaving the house you can stay inside and relax with three flat screen televisions.

Michelle was great very responsive to any questions.The house was just as posted.The neighborhood was private,very peaceable.We were about 15 minutes from ocean city beaches,boardwalk ect.The parking pass for the beach club was a great perk it was right next to the beach.There were many things that were socked in the house we usually have to buy.The only negative i can say and its nothing is some of the light switches were tough to figure out.i give michelle and the house five stars would highly recommend.we cant wait to go back again

The Blue Crab = Serenity!! First, I'll say that this was my first time booking through Air BnB. I had no idea what to expect. The home felt cozy and comfortable. Literally anything and everything that we needed was already inside of the home. It has lovely and unique furnishings and home decor! We enjoyed all that the house had to offer! Michelle was extremely accessible and answered texts promptly and with a friendly attitude. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and welcoming home for your vacation needs! As an aside, all furniture was new and clean and beds were very comfortable.

Our stay couldn't have been better!  The house had all of the amenities we wanted during our beach vacation, it was clean, and the decor was fantastic.  The beach was a quick drive away and access to the community's parking and bathrooms at the beach made trips there easy and enjoyable.  We took advantage of the community pool during our stay as a nice alternative to the beach and the laidback neighborhood was the perfect speed for runs in the morning and relaxing in the evening.  The hosts even gave us some welcoming treats, which were tasty and appreciated!  There was also a little winery down the street, which was a fun place to listen to music and chill out.  Next time we come to the beach this is where we want to stay!

Our stay at the blue crab beach house was magical! It was a short drive to the beach and all ocean city has to offer. The house was cozy and beautifully decorated. Check-in was a breeze. Michelle was available if we had any questions and even recommended many fun things to do during our stay such as a neighborhood farmers market and a cute little winery about 5 minutes away. The beds were really comfortable and Michelle even left little snack baskets and filtered water in our room! The bedrooms have blackout curtains, which really helped this light sleeper! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy the blue crab!

Michelle is a fabulous hostess! She is easy to work with, available, and this place has everything you could ever need. We truly felt at home on vacation and very cared for while we enjoyed the beach! The neighborhood is so much fun, there is a pool, local farmers market, and awesome playground for kids.

What can I say about this property besides AMAZING! Michelle and Allen are great hosts and provide excellent communication. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy! Open floor plan allowed for great family gatherings at night. The dining room was a fabulous space for family dinners and time together. The rooms were very neat and well put together. Michelle and Allen did a wonderful job putting personal touches to each room. Highly recommend and will be back in the future!

We really enjoyed this cozy home, 10 minutes from the beaches of Ocean City. It's located in a wonderful neighborhood to walk pets or just enjoy an afternoon stroll to take in all of the unique homes. On days when the beach was too crowded, this location offered access to the Ocean Pines Yacht Club Pool that had tasty food and drinks. I definitely recommend the "Lime in the Coconut" alcoholic beverage. Get the "Bucket" if you plan on having more than 1. Weekend Farmers Markets provide unique local finds for great prices, including local bakers, paintings by local artists, and handmade soaps. If you like Mini Golf, this location is 10 - 20 minutes from multiple Mini Golf locations in the Ocean City area. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb location and can't wait to return.
